What's included in the trial
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to every feature listed above. We do not collect payment details at signup; if you decide not to subscribe, the trial simply ends and your account converts to read-only access to your existing data.
How billing works after the trial
On the fourteenth day of your trial, before any charge, we show a confirmation screen asking you to authorise the first €14.99 charge and to confirm you want immediate access. Both confirmations are explicit — no auto-charge without your action.
After that, the subscription renews monthly on the same calendar day. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (so you keep access through what you've already paid for).
Refunds and the EU 14-day cooling-off period
Under the EU Distance Selling Directive, consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital services. Mytralala respects this right.
At the moment of the first paid charge, you will be asked to confirm two things:
- That you authorise the €14.99 charge and recurring monthly renewals.
- That you want immediate access on charge and waive the 14-day cancellation right (under Article 16(m) of the Distance Selling Directive, you may waive this right when the service begins immediately at your request).
If you do not waive the cooling-off right, the subscription will not activate. If you waive it, the standard subscription terms apply: cancel anytime from Settings, no refunds for partial months. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.
Who's the seller of record
Mytralala uses LemonSqueezy as its merchant of record for all subscription billing. This means:
- LemonSqueezy handles your card transaction, EU VAT collection, and remits VAT on our behalf.
- Your payment statement will show "LemonSqueezy* MYTRALALA" or similar.
- Receipts and invoices are issued by LemonSqueezy. They are valid VAT receipts for EU customers.
- Payment-method updates and invoice history are available in LemonSqueezy's hosted billing portal, linked from Settings → Billing.
Geographic availability
Mytralala is currently available to customers in the European Union and the European Economic Area only. Customers outside this region cannot create paid accounts at launch; we may expand availability based on demand.
